Indian bowler Yuzvendra Chahal spun his web around the Aussies to help dismiss them for 230 in the third and final series-deciding one-dayer in Melbourne on Friday, 18 January.
Playing his first match of the series, the 28-year-old spinner returned with his career-best ODI figures of 6/42, which are also the joint-best figures with Ajit Agarkar in One Day Internationals in Australia.
Former India cricketers Virender Sehwag, VVS Laxman joined the cricket fraternity in lauding Chahal’s performance.
