The Asia Cup has been intensely competitive, with all teams vying to keep themselves alive in the tournament. However, it has also witnessed some heartwarming moments between cricketers from opposite teams during matches.

For instance, Pakistan’s Shoaib Malik was seen consoling Afghan bowler Aftab Alam after his last-over heroics handed Afghanistan a loss in their Super Four match. Before that, the Indian cricketers were spotted visiting the Hong Kong dressing room after their group stage match.

Similarly, the Indian cricketers were seen giving their Afghan counterparts a helping hand during their dead Super Four rubber on Tuesday, 25 September. While India are through to the final after winning their first two games in the Super Four round, Afghanistan lost all hope of making it through after losing both of theirs.

Leading India for the 200th time in ODIs, MS Dhoni was seen checking the eye of Afghanistan's Najibullah Zadran.
