A wicket in the first over of the Australian innings and the bowlers ensured Day 2 of the Adelaide Test was mostly controlled by Virat Kohli’s Team India.
Travis Head and Pat Cummins’ 7th wicket partnership was the highest Aussie stand as the home team tottered to 191/7 at stumps on Day 2, still trailing India by 59 runs.
Needless to say, Virat Kohli was a happy man, and so were the team’s supporters at the stadium. Including a certain Ms. Sharma.
Bollywood actress and producer, and Virat Kohli’s wife Anushka Sharma has taken a short break from the promotions of her next movie Zero and travelled to Australia to spend time with her husband.
Anushka was seen leaving for Adelaide from Mumbai on Wednesday night and made her first appearance on the second day of play of the first test.
The couple’s first wedding anniversary falls on 11 December.
