Things may not be going right for Ronaldo Sr since his summer move to Italian champions Juventus, but it looks like his son is having no such problem at the Juventus under-9 team.

Wearing the No. 7 of his famous dad, eight-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo Jr scored four goals on his debut for the Turin-based club. With Ronaldo and his partner Georgina in the stand, the star kid scored a brace in either half in a 5-1 win against Lucento.

Meanwhile, for Ronaldo Sr things haven’t t looked up since the start of the new season. He has failed to score in his first three competitive games for Juventus, including Saturday's 2-1 win at Parma.

As he continues to look for that elusive first goal at Juventus, his former club Real Madrid are doing pretty well since the departure of their record all-time goal scorer. The Los Blancos have won all of their three games, courtesy exploits of Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale.

If this wasn’t enough the five-time Ballon d'Or winner lost out to his former Real Madrid teammate Luka Modric for the Uefa Player of the Year Award last week.

According to Juventus’ coach Massimiliano Allegri, Ronaldo’s current form is nothing abnormal as he believes Italian football presents different problems and it takes time.

Cristiano had a good game, he made himself available, but it was a moment when the ball did not bounce back in the right direction. Italian football presents different problems and it takes time. He’s not getting the rub of the green at the moment either the ball is not bouncing right for him or he’s shooting just off target. We’ll all be fresher after the break and that’s when the real season starts.

Ronaldo will have to wait for a while before he gets his next opportunity to open his account at Juventus. Juventus will be next playing against Sassuolo on September 16 after the international break.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo has not been named in Portugal's squad for the Nations League and friendly matches in the next week at his own request to focus on Juventus.
