Shreyas Iyer has been the talk of the Indian domestic circuit for quite some time now. The 21-year-old was the top scorer in Ranji Trophy this season and guided Mumbai to a record 41st Ranji Trophy title. No wonder Sunil Gavaskar hailed him as a special talent.

Delhi Daredevils acquired the services of this Mumbai youngster yet again this IPL. Iyer was based priced at Rs 10 Lakhs, but his phenomenal Ranji Performance helped him bag a whopping Rs. 2.6 crores!

Unadkat has been the face of the Saurashtra bowling attack this season. The destructive performance of 24 year old left arm medium pacer guided Saurashtra to the finals this season. The tall bowler likes to hit the deck hard and strives on the bounce of the pitch to clamp wickets.

After Zaheer Khan’s retirement, India still continues its search for a quality left arm seamer and he might just be the answer.

Jaydev will be donning the KKR jersey this season as the Kolkata franchise acquired his services for Rs 1.60 crores.

Wouldn’t it be exciting to see him sharing a spell with Morne Morkel?

Mumbai’s Surya Kumar Yadav is another name who has been in form this Ranji season. He sits fourth on the top scorers list and naturally his franchise Kolkata Knight Riders will be having high expectations from him. Yadav was also the highest scorer of the Irani Trophy this year.

He made his IPL debut 2012, but has not yet been able to click well as he has managed just 30 matches so far and has scored just 321 runs. This season, with his form, he might just have a chance to get his luck going in the IPL.

Moving out of the domestic season list to India’s U19 lot, Rishabh Pant is one name that resounded a lot during the ICC U19 World Cup 2016. He in fact scored the fastest U19 fifty in the tournament when he reached the half century mark in just 18 balls against Nepal.

Pant made an aggressive Ranji debut last December for Delhi got rewarded for his brilliant U19 performance with Delhi Daredevils picked him up for Rs 1.9-crore. Yes, that much for an 18 year old.

Another name too look out for from the U19 circuit is the captain of the World Cup squad, Ishan Krishan. The 18 year old who plays for Jharkhand has a great first class record, in which he has scored five half centuries and a century. Many has linked Ishan to the likes of Virender Sehwag as he likes to attack on all surfaces.

Like his teammate, Rishbah, Ishan too scalped an IPL contract this season with Gurajat Lions taking him for Rs 35 Lakhs. It’s a huge break for the youngster.
