Twitterati couldn’t ignore the irony and unleashed a flood of jokes.

After the Modi mega wave in the Uttar Pradesh elections swept them away, former SP ministers and MLAs have cleared out of their official residences.

Outgoing minister Ravidas Mehrotra, who lost to BJP's Brijesh Pathak, is just one of the many. Except, the lock that now hangs outside his old house has left Twitter in splits. The reason: It says ‘Modi Magic’!
