Neil Hilborn’s spoken-poem about how it feels to be in love when you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is the most honest thing on the internet right now.

His video has been viewed more than 29 million times since 18 February, when it was published. Neil’s narration is so strong and sharp, it will even resonate with anyone not fully aware about the condition.

Some lines, so beautifully spoken, like, “She told me that she shouldn’t have let me, get so attached to her. That this whole thing was a mistake. But how can it be a mistake that I don’t have to wash my hands, after I touch her?,” just goes to show that heartbreak, is after all, a heartbreak.
