Nineteen members of G20 have recommitted to the Paris climate deal. The only country that hasn't is the United States, reported AFP on Saturday, 29 June.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump on Saturday said that he is "extremely angry" about the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi but that nobody had "pointed a finger" at the Kingdom's crown prince. He also said that he would have "no problem" stepping into North Korea if he meets the country's leader Kim Jong Un on the border with South Korea.

Earlier, Trump had agreed to halt tariffs on Chinese exports after a bilateral meet with Xi Jinping, with both countries also agreeing to resume trade talks on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Japan’s Osaka.
