Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were spotted at Mumbai airport after returning from a short vacation in New York. The couple sported comfy casuals with Ranbir in a black velvet tracksuit and Alia in a white top and track pants.
Ranbir and Alia recently flew to New York to spend time with Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor, who are currently stationed there while the latter undergoes treatment for cancer. They were photographed hanging out with Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya. Ranbir was also seen spending a boys’ day out with dad Rishi Kapoor and brother-in-law Bharat Sahni.
Speaking about her relationship with Ranbir, Alia recently told Times of India, “It’s not a relationship. It’s a friendship. I’m saying this with all genuineness and honesty. It’s beautiful. I’m walking on stars and clouds right now,” she said.
Ranbir and Alia are expected to continue shooting for Brahmastra, a fantasy film directed by Ayan Mukerji and backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Ranbir reportedly plays a DJ who leaves home against his father’s wishes and discovers he has superpowers along the way. Brahmastra releases in summer 2020.
