Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas celebrated Diwali with friends and family while on vacation in Cabo, Mexico. This is their first Diwali together as a married couple. Priyanka took to Instagram to wish fans, writing “Happy Diwali to everybody celebrating. From mine to yours...” She also shared a few photos. In the first, Priyanka and Nick posed together with PC in a floral-printed gold sari and matching blouse and Nick in a white shirt and jeans.
Priyanka and Nick recently also celebrated their first Karva Chauth together. PC told fans on social media that she celebrated karva chauth at a Jonas Brothers concert. She also posted a picture of herself, dressed in a red sari with bangles, hugging Nick.
Nick Jonas too took to social media to write a heartwarming message for his wife and wish all his Indian fans a very happy karva chauth. He wrote, “My wife is Indian. She is Hindu, and she is incredible in every way. She has taught me so much about her culture and religion. I love and admire her so much, and as you can see we have fun together. Happy Karva Chauth to everyone!”
Priyanka was last seen in Shonali Bose directorial The Sky Is Pink, which released on 11 October. The film tells the story of Aditi and Niren Chaudhary, through the eyes of their daughter. It takes inspiration from the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who was born with an immune deficiency disorder and later diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. It also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.
