We know how Aadhaar is fast becoming the basis for everything. From I-T returns, PAN to your mobile phone number, your Aadhaar card is asked to be linked everywhere. But a Mumbai based man has called the Aadhaar card ‘great injustice’, after his son was allegedly denied admission in St Xavier’s, and even faced trouble getting a treatment due to the lack of Aadhaar card.

I am against this system which is forcing me to do something.
John Abrahim

In August, John approached the Bombay High Court to give him directions for his son’s admission in the 12th standard in St Xavier’s College without an Aadhaar card, and the court refused to grant him any relief.

A fierce debate emerged on Reddit, where people commented on the judiciary system, and how the High Court failed to give John any relief, which means he will have to wait for the Apex Court to take up the Aadhaar petition.
