1. Punjab Terror Attack Updates: Gun Battle Ends, 3 Terrorists Killed
The terror attack in Punjab has come to an end with the police managing to neutralise all three terrorists. In the process three civilians and at least three policemen were also killed. Home Ministry inputs suggest that this was an attack from across the border but Pakistan has denied having any role to play.

4. Badal Says Terror a National Problem
Reacting to the Gurdaspur Attack, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal said that militancy is not a state problem, but a national problem and that we need a national level policy to deal with it. He also went on to question why the borders were not shielded if there was input.
