Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, Election Commission has issued a notice to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday, 7 February, over a video he uploaded on his Twitter account. Commission said that it was a violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC), reported ANI.
Meanwhile, Kejriwal offered prayers at Hanuman Temple in Connaught Place and BJP Delhi Chief Manoj Tiwari offered prayers at Hanuman Temple in Kalkaji.
On Thursday, Election Commission issued a notice to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday, for his “Kejriwal is offering Biryani to Shaheen Bagh protesters” remark.
The campaigning for the Delhi elections ended at 6 pm on Thursday, 6 February, ahead of the voting on Saturday.

Addressing the media ahead of Assembly elections in Delhi, AAP's Sanjay Singh said, "EC has sent a notice to Kejriwal, when you go to vote tomorrow, please remember this."
Singh said that his party informed EC of liquor being sold by a BJP Minister in Rithala, referring to Giriraj Singh. However, he said that no action was taken by the police or EC in this regard.
