19 November has come to be celebrated as International Men’s Day, while all the month of November has almost officially metamorphosed into ‘Movember’ – a month when beards and moustaches are kept firmly in place to raise awareness about men’s health.

Exactly how easy is it for a male survivor of domestic abuse, harassment, child custodial battles to be able to articulate his trauma? In a gathering at Press Club, New Delhi – on the occasion of International Men’s Day – several men got together to discuss how they must talk about their problems and how difficult it has been to verbalise and be vulnerable.
