We could all certainly use some de-stressing, but for the opposition it seems that only some serious deep breathing will do, as prescribed by Baba Ramdev.
Baba Ramdev reccommends this for stress. Breathe in and out rapidly as many times as possible in 60 seconds
But if you are the Opposition you’re going to need to do this for the next 15 years
Yes because that is about how long the opposition will be the opposition according to Baba Ramdev.

This form of deep breathing is the undisputed anxiety slayer. Alternate nostril pranamayama, that has been tried and tested by not just Baba Ramdev but a lot of Bollywood stars too...
One would probably reserve this for our most easily angered members of the opposition, and if they indeed do take the yoga guru’s advice, who knows how it might just turn things round for them.
