Kentucky police said that two people were killed in a shooting at a Kroger grocery store on the outskirts of Louisville, Kentucky, on Wednesday, 24 October. While many people were shot at, the number of injured are not yet known.

Two Killed in Explosion in Cracker Stockpile in Varanasi
Two persons were killed and half-a-dozen others injured on Wednesday in Varanasi in an explosion in what seemed to be illegal stockpiling of fire crackers ahead of Diwali, police said.
The accident took place at a house in Lehartara locality, sources said.

An elderly man out on a morning walk was mowed down by a speeding car in Northeast Delhi's New Usmanpur area on Wednesday, police said.
Chandrapal, 80, was a resident of New Usmanpur area.
