The Delhi Cabinet on Monday gave approval to an electric vehicle (EV) policy with an aim to reduce air pollution.
There is a special provision in the policy which allows operation of e-bike taxis by cab aggregators such as Ola and Uber.
3 Killed, 64,000 Affected in Torrential Rains in Sri Lanka
Three people have died and over 64,000 affected in the latest spell of rain over the weekend in Sri Lanka, according to a media report.
The Sri Lankan Disaster Management Centre (DMC) said 17,766 people have been displaced in the rains and shifted to makeshift camps, the Colombo Gazette reported.
