North Korean leader Kim Jong Un says he's open to having a third summit with President Donald Trump if the United States could offer mutually acceptable terms for an agreement by the end of the year.
Pyongyang's official Korean Central News Agency on Saturday said Kim's speech came during a session of the North Korea's rubber-stamp parliament.
Kim during the speech blamed the collapse of his summit with Trump in February on what he described as unilateral demands by the United States. But he said his personal relationship with the American president remains good.

Deepak Deshpande of California, who pleaded guilty in October last year, was sentenced by US District Judge Carlos Mendoza on Thursday, 11 April.

Pennsylvania Mall Evacuated After Gunfire
Authorities said a fight between two groups at a Pennsylvania mall led to a shooting outside the building and an evacuation.
The Pittsburg Post-Gazette reported Monroeville police said the brawl Friday between two groups of four to five males began about 8 pm (Local time) for some unknown reason. The fight spilled outside the mall through a Macy's department store entrance.
Police said one of the males pulled out a gun and fired about 10 shots.
There were no reports of injuries and no arrests have been made.
The mall was placed on lockdown and was later evacuated.
The mall is about 17 miles (27.36 kilometers) east of Pittsburg. The lockdown was lifted about 9 pm.
Authorities found bullet holes in the glass doors of a Macy's entrance and evidence markers were placed in a roped off area outside the department store.
Monroeville Mall officials tweeted that they were aware of the incident and police cleared "the mall out of an abundance of caution."

Woman, Daughter Shot Dead in UP
A woman and her daughter were shot dead by a man in Narsinghpur village on Saturday morning, police said.
Sita Devi Shakya (40) and her daughters Madhuri (20) and Neelam (18) were working in a field when one Budh Sagar, a dhaba worker, opened fire at them. Sita Devi died on the spot and Madhuri was seriously injured, they said.
Madhuri was referred to Saifai hospital where she succumbed to injuries during treatment, they added. An investigation into the criminals is underway.
