Former Himachal Pradesh CM Admitted to Hospital Due to Chest Congestion
The former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh has been admitted to the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh for observation, ANI reported. Earlier, he was admitted in Shimla's IGMC on 30 August due to chest congestion and was discharged from there this morning.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he has spoken to Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio regarding the damage caused by floods in several parts of the state, reported ANI.
“Spoke to Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rioa and took stock of the situation in wake of floods in parts of the state. Assured all possible support to the state in rescue and relief operations. We stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of Nagaland and pray for everyone's well being”, said Modi.
