Results of the Kerala Lottery Nirmal Weekly Lottery NR 103 were declared on the official website around 3 pm on Friday, 11 January 2019, and the final results came in around 4pm.
A holder from Thiruvananthapuram with ticket number NW725642, won the first prize of Rs 60 lakh. The ticket for Nirmal Weekly Lottery NR 103 was priced at Rs 30, and the draw for it was held at Sree Chithra Home Auditorium in Thiruvananthapuram.
The second prize worth Rs 5 lakh was bagged by another ticket holder from Thiruvananthapuram, while 12 people won the third prize worth Rs 1 lakh. Several others also won a consolation prize of Rs 8,000.
The winners are advised to verify the ticket numbers with the final results of the lottery published in the Kerala government gazette.
Winners with prize money exceeding Rs 5,000 will have to surrender the tickets on which they won the lottery within 30 days to get their due after necessary deduction.
According to a report on Republic World, there are seven weekly lotteries conducted by Directorate of Kerala State Lottery, with each draw having a distinct prize structure.
Set up in 1967, under the lottery bureau of the state government, Kerala State Lotteries is the first of its kind in India.
