Three coaches of Howrah Mail Express (via Nagpur) derailed near Igatpuri railway station in Maharashtra at 2 am on 10 June, reported ANI. No casualties have been reported so far.

Security forces are present at the spot and rescue operations are underway.

According to ANI, 12 trains on the route have been cancelled, while one train was short terminated after the incident. The cause for the derailment has not been ascertained yet.
