Amidst controversies over Sainik colonies and separate colonies for Kashmiri Pandits, India’s most wanted terrorist, 21-year-old commander of Hizbul Mujahideen, Burhan Muzaffar, released a video clip on Wednesday warning of impending attacks on such colonies if they set up.

Welcoming the Kashmiri Pandits he said:

The Hindus can come and settle in their homes and we will guard them but we will act against separate colonies. These Israel-type colonies are an Indian conspiracy against us.

While he vowed to carry out attacks on Sainik colonies, Burhan assured complete safety for those who will be coming to the valley for the Amarnath Yatra.

Recently, a BSF officer said that we are planning to attack the Amarnath Yatra. This is a lie…We have no plans to attack. The pilgrims come here to partake religious activities and we are not against them.

Addressing the Jammu and Kashmir police force, Burhan threatened them for acting against their “own people” and siding with the Indian army.

The Indian Army is our enemy…We will act against every man in uniform who stands for the Indian Constitution.
Burhan Muzaffar, Commander of Hizbul Mujahideen

Calling India their enemy, he urged the police forces to join the movement for freedom of Kashmir.
