Soundarya Rajinikanth made the internet’s day this morning 4 February as she posted a photo of her decked out in full wedding regalia, along with the caption, “#OneWeekToGo #BrideMode #Blessed #VedVishaganSoundarya #Family” With this Soundarya has confirmed reports that she is getting married in a week’s time.
These days Rajinikanth fans have multiple reasons to rejoice. After the Pongal release of his action blockbuster Petta, news has come out that Rajini’s daughter Soundarya is set to tie the knot with actor and businessman Vishagan Vanangamudi on 11 February.
Preparations for a grand wedding are already underway as the entire family household gets busy pitching in. The bride-to-be was recently spotted in a sari store, surely putting together the perfect wardrobe for her big day.
Soundarya and Vishagan got engaged in a private family ceremony last year. The wedding however is expected to be a lavish affair. The venue reportedly is a luxury hotel in MRC Nagar, Chennai. The celebrations will be kicked off by a puja, followed by a party on behalf of mom Latha Rajinikanth and another one by older sister Aishwaryaa. The mehendi and sangeet ceremonies are set to take place 9 February onward. Aishwaryaa is in charge of all the guests.
