At the receiving end of the country’s adoration, Big B confirmed on his favourite social platform that he is fine. He also updated his health status for the benefit of his fans and followers by weaving it into a poem.

Amitabh Bachchan had reportedly fallen ill during a shoot in Jodhpur for Vijay Krishna Acharya's upcoming film – Thugs of Hindostan.

2. ‘Omerta’ Trailer: Rajkummar Rao Reels You Into the World of Terror

Omerta is a gruesome true tale of criminal mastermind, Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh played by Rajkummar Rao. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the trailer of the film shows the journey of a radical and hardened criminal committing atrocities in the name of religion.

Rajkummar, who has already proven his mettle with his previous performances, has described this as “the toughest character I’ve played till date”.

3. Mr Bachchan Was the First to Wish Me on My Birthday: Aamir Khan

Aamir Khan rang in his 53rd birthday with wife Kiran Rao and the media on 14 March in Mumbai. Taking a break from the shoot of his upcoming film Thugs of Hindostan, the actor cut cake and interacted with the media on his special day.

He shared that Thugs co-star Amitabh Bachchan was the first to wish him on his birthday, and that too on the mic on the sets in Jodhpur. He also shared that Big B is doing fine now - he had fallen ill the day before and a team of doctors had been rushed to treat him from Mumbai.

“It was a dream come true to work with Mr Amitabh Bachchan. In Thugs of Hindostan, you will be seeing him do action after a long time,” Aamir shared.

5. ‘Haider’ Actor Narendra Jha Dies Due to Heart Attack At 55

Noted Bollywood actor Narendra Jha, died due to a massive heart attack on March 14. The actor, known for his work in films like Kaabil, Raees and Haider was in his farmhouse in Maharashtra’s Wada with his wife during the tragedy.

According to reports, Jha was recovering from a minor heart attack at the time.

"He was fine last night (Tuesday). He ate properly and spoke to us... Things were fine. Around 4 am today, he felt a chest pain so we took him to a nearby hospital, but everything was over by then," Lakshman Singh, the actor's driver told IANS.
