A journalist from Chhattisgarh's private IBC24 channel is perhaps the best example of a tough journalist.

Surpreet Kaur was delivering the news bulletin when she had to report on a car accident which resulted in the death of her husband. However, she maintained her composure and read out the news with a great deal of professionalism.

She broke down only after she walked out of the studio, Hindustan Times reported.

When she reported about an accident involving a Renault Duster at Pithara, where three people had died, she sensed that one of the dead could have been her husband, as he had set out on the same route in the Renault Duster, a colleague told HT.

The brave news anchor had married Harsad Kawade a year ago.

Although the staff had come to know about the news of her husband's death, they didn't have the courage to tell her, a senior editor told Hindustan Times.
