Charges Framed Against Chhota Rajan in Fake Passport Case
The chargesheet filed in February was under Sections 120, 419, 420, 468, 471 and Prevention of Corruption Act (1988)
- A Delhi court on Tuesday framed charges against underworld don Rajendra Sadashiv Nikhalje alias Chhota Rajan and others in a fake passport case.
- Earlier in February, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had filed a chargesheet against Chhota Rajan and three passport officials Jayshree Rahate, Deepak Natvarlal Shah and Lalita Laxmanan at the Patiala House Court for providing a fake passport to the gangster.
- The chargesheet filed in February was under Sections 120, 419, 420, 468, 471 and Prevention of Corruption Act (1988) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
