On Thursday, district Congress president (Godda) Deepika Pandey Singh, accused Jharkhand BJP chief Tala Marandi’s son of marrying an eleven-year-old on 27 June.
Another minor girl has alleged that she was sexually abused by Munna Marandi for two years. The girl went on to say that he had promised to marry her, which is why neither her family nor she had resisted his involvement with her.
An FIR has been filed against Munna Marandi for sexual harassment.
