Odd-Even to Be Imposed When PM 10 Crosses 300, PM 2.5 Crosses 500

In it’s judgement on Saturday, the National Green Tribunal ruled that every time PM 10 levels cross 300 and PM 2.5 cross 500, odd-even will be imposed in Delhi.

The green court also ruled that government servants, two-wheelers and women will not be exempted from the rule.

The NGT rapped the Delhi government and said there was no cooperation between different state departments to tackle pollution.

The court proceedings took place after after Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had announced the odd-even scheme be implemented from 13 to 17 November.
