The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a video for sensitising students about unfair practices during Class 10 and 12 board examinations, according to a Hindustan Times report.

According to the report, the board has shared the two-and-a-half minute video with all schools, and instructed them to show the same to students of all classes in order to sensitise them on the importance of attempting papers earnestly.

“Students will be informed that there is no shortcut to success and they should give their examinations honestly. We will show this video to the board class students so that students can be guided not to indulge in any unfair means,” the report quoted Nankana Sahib Public School Principal Harmeet Kaur Waraich, as saying.

Earlier, the board started its pre-examination psychological counselling services for students and parents to help them cope with stress and anxiety during exams.

The psychological counselling sessions, which began on 1 February, will span through the examinations up to 4 April to help students overcome exam related anxiety.

The Board also announced the introduction of a new method this year – Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). The IVRS can be accessed any time and the counseling on this mode will be available from 8 am to 10 pm on all days.
