The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has announced the date of the class 10 annual examination. The practical examination will start from 1 January 2020. CBSE will conduct the 10th final examination between February and March 2020.

CBSE class 10 board exam date sheet will be available on the official website at cbse.nic.in by December. At present, no official announcement has been made by CBSE regarding the exam schedule.

The most important time for the students is a few months before the exam. During this, students revise as well as prepare for all subjects. In comparison to other subjects, Hindi subject is considered easier in terms of study material as well as marking-wise. There are two Hindi books for Class 10 students, which are Hindi A (subject code 002) and Hindi B (subject code 85). The exam pattern is the same for both subjects.

CBSE Board Class 10 Exam Pattern

CBSE class 10 Hindi subject consists of 80 marks theory and 20 number practical. The exam paper of Hindi is divided into four parts and it is mandatory for the student to answer all the questions of the section. However, in some sections, students are also given some options. The time period for the exam is 3 hours.

CBSE Board Class 10: Hindi Exam Sections

  1. Section A: The first section of Hindi examination consists of 10 marks in which students have to answer the question in one word.
  2. Section B: This part is consists of question on Hindi grammar. A total number of 16 questions will be asked in this section.
  3. Section C: In this section, questions related to the Hindi book issued by the board will be asked. This section consists of 34 marks questions.
  4. Section D: The last section is the Hindi writing section, in this, the students have to answer the question in 200-250 words. The questions of all sections are of 20 marks.
