Pakistan Violates Ceasefire in Poonch District
After violating the ceasefire on the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district, Pakistan resorted to unprovoked firing and intense shelling along the LoC in Poonch district on Monday.
Meanwhile, Army JCO killed in Pakistani firing along Line of Control in the Nowshera sector.

After initiating ceasefire violation in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district at about 6.30 pm, Pakistan again initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms and intense shelling with mortars along the LoC in Degwar sector of Poonch district at about 8 pm. 20 Child Labourers From Bihar Rescued Near Hyderabad, 5 Held
Twenty children from Bihar were rescued from forced labour in bangle-making units near here and five people arrested on the charge of child-trafficking. The rescued children were sent to a home for rehabilitation, reported PTI.

The plea filed by advocate C R Jaya Sukin said Uttar Pradesh ranks as the most unsafe state for women in the country and cited a string of incidents establishing the gross violation of human rights in the state.
