When asked about whether he has something to say about PM Modi and if he disagrees to anything, he says:
“In families and countries, if you admire a person, doesn’t mean you don’t have anything to say which you don’t like. I don’t want to be vocal about it. If I find something, I see overall picture of a person, I see the intention of the person.”Anupam Kher
Talking about the abrogation of Article 370:
“I feel that people of Kashmir equally deserve to be using the fruits of a developed India whether it is in terms of universities, infrastructure, hospitals or unemployment, why shouldn’t they sort of have the fruits of it?”Anupam Kher
About the Kashmir lockdown:
“With some issues it is important to go through trauma or go through discomfort. We get discomfort even if we want to get this place painted, we want to put all things together and then we settle down again. You want to find criticism in life, you will find criticism.”Anupam Kher
