Policemen clashed with reporters from BBC Tamil in Chennai, during the ongoing Jallikattu protest, on Monday.
The BBC reporters were live streaming video footage from the protest, but as they walked through a group of policemen, a few of them asked the cameraman to stop recording.

Sir! Why are you shooting all this? Why are you shooting the stones? Look there, our policeman has had his head bashed in. They (the crowd) are pelting stones and bashing in our heads, and you are shooting this. Suddenly a constable charged at the reporter with a lathi, in an attempt to break the camera.

The crowd is so unruly, they are attacking us, and bashing our heads in. You don’t shoot all of that, and you shoot these stones. If you yourself does this, then what will we do?
