Today we bring to you a special recipe by Internet's favourite Dadi, Urmila Jamnadas Asher also known as #Gujjuben who teaches us how to make soft and spongy Khaman Dhokla.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpea flour

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • Lime juice

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as required

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • 1-1 ½ tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • Chopped green chillies

  • Pinch of asafoetida

  • Coriander leaves (to garnish)
