Outwest Farms, a Floridan alligator-hunting company, recently found and killed a massive alligator. The gator weighed around 780 pounds and was approximately 15 feet long.

Outwest Farms’ owner, Lee Lightsey, found this huge alligator while they were on a hunt for hogs. It was in one of the ponds located on a private ranch from which cows often drink, according to a report on CNN.

It is one of the largest gators Lightsey and his guide, Blake Godwin, has ever killed.

There are lots of gators out there, it’s the start of mating season. This was a big one.
Lee Lightsey told CNN

This was an exciting day for Lightsey, and although the gator looks huge, there are many people who believe it to be fake. Lightsey further confirmed that the alligator would be stuffed and the meat from the gator would be donated to charity.

Outwest Farms later took to Facebook to flaunt this grand victory and congratulated Chris and Derek on their monster.
