Chris Crowningshiele, a taxi driver, has been taking the 30-mile trip from Platssburgh everyday to ferry immigrants over to the Canadian border.
Figures show that the population migrating from the US to Canada tripled in the last three years, with 2,527 people migrating in 2016.
