Saturday Night Live has become politically relevant in recent weeks and also hit a six-year-high in terms of ratings.

Ever since Alec Baldwin and Melissa McCarthy have reprised the roles of President Donald Trump and Press Secretary Sean Spicer, their viewership has increased.

Baldwin’s impersonation has been so good that a Dominican Republic newspaper even mistook him for the real president as they carried his photo in a story.
