Hetal Dedhiya is one such young woman we came across in our search. Hetal is Bollywood’s first female gaffer. She is also the only woman doing this work. Speaking about her work, Hetal says, “It feels great to be the only female gaffer for so many years.” But she also adds that a job is a job. “I don’t think a man or a woman will be different at it,” she says.
