Dr Kishor says sleep apnea, parasomnia, and insomnia are some of the most common sleep-related problems. Increasingly, sleep apnea is an under-diagnosed issue, he says.

And Dr Manvir Bhatia says there are strategies out there for those who’re trying to get to sleep on time. Avoid foods that stimulate you in the evenings and get some digital detox, she says.
