IPL 2024 Schedule

The 17th Season of Indian Premier League (IPL) will commence from 22 March 2024 with an opening match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai. As of now, the Board of Cricket Council of India (BCCI) has announced only the schedule of first 21 matches of IPL 2024. The complete schedule along with semi-final and final match dates will be announced later by the concerned officials. A total of 10 IPL teams including Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Delhi Capitals (DC), Gujarat Titans (GT), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Mumbai Indians (MI), Punjab Kings (PBKS), Rajasthan Royals (RR), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will clash in the upcoming edition of Indian Premier League.

On the first weekend of IPL 2024, there will be two double header matches between Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capitals in the afternoon; and Kolkata Knight Riders vs Sunrisers Hyderabad in the evening. On Sunday, 24 March the double header matches will be played between Rajasthan Royals vs Lucknow Super Giants, and Gujarat Titans vs Mumbai Indians.

Delhi Capitals will play their first two home games at Visakhapatnam. On Sunday, 31 March, they will host the Chennai Super Kings, and on Wednesday, 3 April 2024, they will play the Kolkata Knight Riders at the same location.
