New Delhi, May 4 (IANS) Hitting out at the BJP's Karnataka manifesto, Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday said that it had nothing unique to offer voters.

"If you've read the Congress Manifesto, don't waste your time on this one," he tweeted.
With an eye on returning to power in Karnataka, the BJP on Friday released its manifesto for the Assembly elections, promising free smartphones to poor women, free laptops to students entering college and visits to China and Israel by farmers.
