Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Krishnaraj Rai reportedly passed away earlier today. He had been admitted to Lilavati hospital some time back, but had recently been shifted to the ICU, where he succumbed to his illness.
His friends and family had been visiting him regularly and Aishwarya was reportedly by his side throughout.

The cause of his death is not clear yet. Krishnaraj Rai is survived by his wife Vrinda, son Aditya and daughter Aishwarya.
