In a country with the largest number of depressed people, according to WHO, people are mainly focused on the physical fitness, but fail to understand the mental aspect of it.

Over five crore Indians suffer from depression, with almost 7.5 percent of them suffering from some major or minor mental disorder.

Shivoham, Bollywood’s favourite celebrity trainer, speaks about his transformation from Dheepesh Bhatt, a very social person, in whose life alcohol and smoking played a major role, to Shivoham, a person completely into the holiness and serenity of Shiva, the God.

Shivoham is the person behind Aamir Khan's various body transformations including the one for the movie Dhoom 3. He also trains celebrities like Ranveer Singh, Jacquline Fernandes, Jacky Bhagnani and John Abraham.

He focuses on CrossFit training, a method where all workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

Shivoham has also written a book called The ShivFit Way which is a user manual for all the fitness routines Shivoham recommends. His motto behind writing the book is to help people live a healthy life with a balance of mental fitness as well.

He also speaks about the next part of the book, which will be majorly on how fitness is mind over the body which will have inputs from Vrinda Mehta. Mehta is a famous celebrity fitness trainer, also the personal trainer of Amitabh Bachchan.
