Ahead of the release of the Sanjay Dutt-starrer Prassthanam, the actor graced The Kapil Sharma Show with his wife Maanyata. The episode is yet to air, however, a promo released recently gives us a glimpse of what to expect.
In the promo, Kapil Sharma can be seen asking Sanjay Dutt why he took so long to be a guest on the show. To which Sanjay Dutt has a cheeky and fun response. The Munnabhai actor says, “Actually our stars are not aligned. When your show was on, I was in prison. When I finally came out, your show shut down.” Naturally, the response made everyone erupt into laughter.

In the same promo, Kapil Sharma later also asks Maanyata whether she has ever gotten upset because of Sanjay Dutt’s immense female fan-following.
The episode also features other actors from the Prassthanam cast, namely, Chunky Pandey, Ali Fazal, Amyra Dastur and Satyajit Dubey.
