The recently held Vogue Women of the Year Awards 2017 had winners like Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor smiling with glee, but the biggest winner with the widest smile at the event seems to be Archie Panjabi.
The British actor who is popular for her role as Kalinda Sharma on The Good Wife, was in India to host the Vogue event. Panjabi tweeted about her time with Shah Rukh Khan on stage like a true fan girl, calling it a “precious moment”.
While hosting the awards show, Panjabi actually asked Shah Rukh if he would act in a film with her. After SRK agreed, the British actor went on to request Karan Johar to direct the film. In the banter between Panjabi and SRK, The Good Wife actor also requested Shah Rukh to whisper a few dialogues from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in her ear. Also, Shah Rukh being the charmer he is, totally flirted with Panjabi, complimenting her on her eyes and the dress she wore.

On a separate note, watching SRK romance Panjabi in a Karan Johar film doesn’t sound so bad at all.
