Raksha Bandhan is the only festival that celebrates the goofiness between brother-sister duos across the country. The scrumptious meals, sweets and gift galore add to the celebrations and take us right back to our childhood memories of ganging up against our parents.

So we’re taking the goofiness a notch higher by dedicating these filmi Bollywood numbers to our favourite celebrity siblings. This Raksha Bandhan playlist is a corny one because the brother-sister connection is rarely this mushy and dramatic.

In the spirit of celebrating the most uniquely nutty and whacky relationship in the world, here’s wishing every one a very happy Raksha Bandhan.

Arpita Khan Sharma and Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail Khan

No other sister has more famous brother trio! Arbaaz, Sohail and Salman have always given their baby sister Arpita Khan all the love in the world and the grandest wedding ever!

Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima, Kareena, Karisma Kapoor

We can just image Ranbir Kapoor as the goofy brother like Mithun in this video. His sober smile definitely have a nautanki bhai hidden behind it.

Sonam Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Harshvardhan Kapoor

This Kapoor khandaan has some serious good lookers! But Sonam Kapoor probably isn’t an easy to please sister. Nothing less than something ‘designer’ would do!

Esha Deol & Sunny, Bobby and Abhay Deol

The Deols don’t see much of each other so their Rakhi is probably a sombre affair, hence this tear jerker number.

Farah Khan and Sajid Khan

The most animated characters, Farah and Sajid Khan have been through good times and bad, together. This song might not do them justice but it’s fun to imagine them playing along.

Abhishek & Shweta Bachchan

Well this non filmi number has a ton of bad acting, bad singing and big teeth! Since it’s Raksha Bandhan, we’re being unabashed about how much of the Bachchan kids it reminds us of.
