1. After Fan SRK Starts shooting for Raees
Shah Rukh Khan who has been busy shooting for Maneesh Sharma’s upcoming film Fan, has now started filming for his next big film Raees, which is being helmed by Rahul Dholakia and will hit the screens next year. Dholakia announced his venture almost two years back but the film could not roll until now courtesy SRK’s busy schedule. SRK tweeted his first day on the sets of Raees. 2. Aishwarya Rai’s Jazbaa to be Showcased at Cannes 2015
Aishwarya Rai is making a comeback to the silver screen with Sanjay Gupta’s Jazbaa, which currently under production. News is that Ash’s comeback movie will be showcased at the Cannes Film Festival 2015, where the actress is a regular feature on the red carpet. Director Sanjay Gupta shared the news on Twitter with this post:

3. Atif Aslam’s Pune Gig Cancelled After Protests by Shiv Sena
A music event by Pakistani singer-actor Atif Aslam, planned in Pune on April 25, has been cancelled due to opposition by Shiv Sena, which has often protested against cultural events featuring artistes from the neighbouring country. The show by Aslam, who has a sizeable fan following in India, was cancelled after selling over 1,000 tickets, which the organisers said would be refunded to those who bought them. 4. IIFA 2015: Shahid Kapoor’s Haider Tops Technical Winners’ List
After winning several honours at the National Film Awards, Vishal Bhardwaj’s Haider has topped the technical winners’ list with six honours by the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA). Haider (2014) picked up awards in technical categories such as Costume Designing (Dolly Ahluwalia), Background Score (Vishal Bhardwaj), Sound Mixing (Debajit Changmai), Sound Design (Shajith Koyeri), Production Design (Subrata Chakraborty and Amit Ray) and Makeup (Preetisheel Singh and Clover Wootton). Rumour mills are buzzing with the news that Virat Kohli has been roped in by Anurag Kashyap for his upcoming film Bombay Velvet.
