Rumours have been doing the rounds for some time now. And just when we wanted it to be a lie, MissMalini says that the most talked about couple of B-town, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif have finally called it quits.
The couple even posed for the shutterbugs together as they attended a Christmas lunch with the Kapoor khandan. We didn’t realise it would end this soon. Ranbir has in fact moved back with his parents two days ago, while Katrina remains in their terrace apartment by herself.
Break ups are always heart breaking and this one is no different. Well, we respect their decision to move on! But it also makes the cynics in us wonder if this could be a promotional stunt, given that Katrina’s Fitoor is releasing soon?
2. More Legal Trouble for Salman, Shah Rukh Gets Dragged In Too
It’s not that Salman has a knack for getting into legal troubles. This time, he really couldn’t have seen this coming. His Bigg Boss promo shoot not only has Salman in trouble but also his partner in crime, Shah Rukh Khan. A local court in UP has accepted a plea by the Hindu Mahasabha against Bollywood superstars Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Colors TV channel for purportedly showing the actors inside a temple wearing shoes during a reality show. The court has fixed the date for hearing on January 18th.
Bharat Rajput, President Hindu Mahasabha, Meerut (As reported by PTI)A scene with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan inside a Kali temple on the sets of TV reality show Bigg Boss was broadcast by Colors channel in December last year.
Rajput said that he had written a letter to the SSP and the District Magistrate of Meerut on December 23 and also sent an email to the channel over the issue. He alleged that no one should enter any religious places with their shoes and airing it on TV was insensitive as it hurt people’s religious sentiment. Sounds like Salman and SRK will be dealing with a rather touchy group of people in the matter.

The actress kicks off 2016 with her People’s Choice Award win. Wow! But this is just the beginning.In 2016 Chopra will don the producer’s hat. Her production house Purple Pebble Pictures, announced its foray into regional cinema with three projects that will be releasing this year. According to The Indian Express, the three films are – Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi (Bhojpuri) a love storywritten and directed by Santosh Mishra, Ventilator (Marathi) written and directed by Rajesh Mapuskar (Ferrari Ki Sawaari) and Ek Onkar (Punjabi) written by Ambardeep Singh and directed by Karan Guliani.

4. Aishwarya Starrer Sarbjit to Release a Day Earlier Than Scheduled
Omung Kumar’s much-awaited biographical drama Sarbjit starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Randeep Hooda and Richa Chadha in lead roles, will release on May 19th, a day before its scheduled date of release. The film is based on the life of Sarabjit Singh, an Indian farmer who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan, after he accidentally crossed the border.
5. The Friends Reunion Won’t See the Full Cast Present After All
It turns out that the big Friends reunion planned for NBC’s James Burrows special will have to suffice without Matthew Perry. According to an E! News report, Chandler i.e. Matthew Perry will not appear alongside famous friends Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer and Matt Le Blanc. The reason? Well, he’s in London rehearsing for his play, The End of Longing, which begins previews on Tuesday, February 2nd. Perry may still be part of the special honouring the legendary sitcom director, but industry buzz suggests that it would have to be by way of a taped message.
