DJ Marshmello Observes 2-Min Silence For the Pulwama Attack Martys

American electronic music producer DJ Marshmello, who keeps his identity hidden behind his signature helmet, was on an Indian musical tour with his shows lined up in Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad.

Ahead of his show on Sunday night, the Alone and Silence hit music-maker paid respect to those martyred in the Pulwama terror attack, before making his fans dance to his popular foot-tapping tracks in Pune.

With the Indian flag projected in the background, DJ Marshmello said here on Sunday: ‘Two minutes silence for the Indian soldiers, who lost their lives in a terrorist attack.’

After the two-minute silence, the artist took the audience onto a next level of experience.

Marshmello got people on their feet by playing Aankh Marey from Ranveer Singh-starer Simmba.

To everyone’s surprise Bollywood actor Karthik Aryan joined DJ Marshmellow on stage and enjoyed the crazy experience. He made Marshmello dance to the song ‘Coca Cola’ from his upcoming film Luka Chuppi.

That wasn't the only time he danced on the stage. He even showed some of the dance moves that featured in the video of his latest song ‘Biba’ for which he had collaborated with Bollywood music composer Pritam.

On 18 Feb, two Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists including the suspected mastermind of the Pulwama attack were gunned down in an encounter. Four Army men, including a Major, and one civilian were also killed. The encounter site is said to be about 10 km away from the spot where 40 CRPF jawans were killed.

40 CRPF personnel were killed after a car carrying about 350 kg of explosives hit a CRPF convoy of 78 vehicles on 14 February. 45 security personnel have been killed in the state in the last five days.
