Yo Yo Honey Singh seems to be in that unfortunate position in Bollywood where filmmakers come to him demanding that one hit nightclub number that would keep the audience literally on their toes and bring them to the theatre. While he keeps belting out hit after hit, no matter how forgettable, at the end of the day he’s human, isn’t he?
“Billionaire” in his latest song from Baazaar, starring Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte and debutant Rohan Mehra. Written (insert zipper-mouth emoji), composed and sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh, “Billionaire” simply fails to create a zing - even with Elli Avram jiving to it and Saif looking his thuggish best.

Directed by Gauravv K Chawla and written by Nikhil Advani, the film stars Saif Ali Khan aka Shakun Kothari as a ruthless businessman whose world revolves around money and the power that comes with it. Spouting occasional Gujarati, the actor is bang on in his sinister suaveness, as he pulls the strings of the stock market and other players - brought to life by Rohan, Radhika and Chitrangada Singh.
